No need to prepare the dilution/assay buffer (component B) yourself from scratch any more. This product is designed to meet your assay buffer needs for all FLIPR assays including calcium assays, membrane potential assays and potassium assays. Just simply mix each bottle (100 ml) of the concentrate with 900 ml of sterile ultrapure water (cell culture grade) to make 1000 ml 1x dilution/assay buffer (component B) ready-to-use for all your assays.
